Terms of Use & Acceptable Use Policy

Read carefully before you buy and before you install. SuChange is a technical tool capable of changing device identifiers. That capability can be abused for unlawful purposes. Paying for, activating a key for, or using the software means you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms below. If you disagree with any of them, stop here and do not use the software.

1. Definitions

  • "We" / "us": the party that publishes and operates the SuChange software and its licensing server.
  • "You" / "User": the individual or organisation that buys a key, installs or uses the software.
  • "Software": the SuChange management tool, the bundled AOSP ROM build, and all updates.
  • "Key": the time-limited activation code we issue to unlock features.
  • "Device": an Android device running a ROM build we provide.

2. Permitted scope of use

The software is designed for, and licensed only for, the following lawful purposes:

  • Software testing, compatibility testing and quality assurance (QA) across device configurations.
  • Security research and penetration testing with written authorisation from the system owner.
  • Managing, configuring and maintaining fleets of devices you own, or devices you are lawfully authorised by the owner to manage.
  • Backing up and restoring data on your own devices.
  • Protecting your own privacy on your own devices.
  • Training, teaching and technical research.

Any use outside the scope above is not licensed. The fact that the software is technically capable of an action does not mean we permit that action.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the software, directly or indirectly, to carry out or assist any of the following:

3.1. Violating other people's property and accounts

  • Accessing, taking over, trading or using accounts you do not own and are not permitted by the account holder to use.
  • Unauthorised access to other people's systems, networks, databases or devices.
  • Bypassing a third party's technical protection measures without the owner's authorisation.
  • Installing or running the software on devices you do not own without the owner's consent.

3.2. Fraud and misappropriation

  • Fraud, identity impersonation or organisation impersonation to obtain money or property.
  • Payment fraud, card fraud, promotion abuse, or exploiting incentive programmes by creating fake devices or identities.
  • Advertising fraud and metrics fraud (fake installs, fake views, fake clicks).
  • Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
  • Unlawful gambling or organising unlawful gambling.

3.3. Evading the law and the authorities

  • Concealing identity to evade investigation, prosecution, enforcement of judgments or any legal obligation.
  • Circumventing bans, sanctions, penalties or decisions issued by a competent authority.
  • Deleting, altering or fabricating technical traces to obstruct a lawful investigation.

3.4. Harming others

  • Tracking, monitoring or locating other people without their consent.
  • Harassment, threats, defamation or cyberbullying.
  • Distributing malware, spyware or ransomware.
  • Mass spam email, spam messages or spam calls.
  • Denial-of-service attacks or disrupting third-party systems.

3.5. Unlawful content

  • Creating, storing or distributing child sexual abuse material or unlawful pornographic content.
  • Trading prohibited goods, controlled substances, weapons or stolen personal data.
  • Spreading false or distorted information, inciting violence, or acting against the State.
  • Infringing third-party intellectual property rights.

3.6. Breaching third-party platform terms

  • Mass account creation, ranking manipulation, review manipulation or any conduct that breaches the terms of service of Google, Meta, TikTok, e-commerce marketplaces, banks, e-wallets or any other platform.
  • Circumventing those platforms' anti-fraud and anti-abuse measures.

3.7. Attacking our software and systems

  • Decompiling, reverse-engineering, removing or disabling the licensing mechanism.
  • Sharing, renting, reselling or redistributing keys or ROM builds without our written consent.
  • Attacking, scanning or overloading the licensing server.
  • Spoofing licensing-server responses or interfering with the license check.
The list above is not exhaustive. Any conduct that breaks the law of Vietnam or the law where you reside is prohibited, even if it is not specifically listed here.

4. Your responsibilities

  1. You bear full legal responsibility for everything done through the software, including actions taken by other people on your installation or with your key.
  2. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
  3. You undertake to comply with the law of Vietnam, the law where you reside and the law where you operate devices — including but not limited to the Law on Cybersecurity, the Law on Information Technology, the Penal Code and personal-data protection regulations.
  4. You are responsible for knowing and following the terms of service of every third-party platform you use with the software. We do not represent, are not affiliated with and are not authorised by any of those platforms.
  5. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential. All activity from your key is treated as your own.
  6. You are responsible for backing up your own data. We keep no copy of your data.

5. License & keys

  • We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited license to use the software within the scope of Section 2.
  • Each key has its own expiry and is checked periodically by the server. The device needs a network connection to authenticate.
  • One key is for one user. Using a key across too many devices or too many different network ranges is treated as a sign of unauthorised sharing and may result in the key being locked.
  • The license terminates as soon as the key expires, is locked, or you breach these terms.
  • You do not own the software. You only hold the right to use it for the duration of the key.

6. Payment, renewal and refunds

  • Prices are published on the Pricing page. Payment is in advance, on a monthly cycle.
  • The key is activated after we confirm payment. The term runs from activation.
  • Keys do not auto-renew. Renew before expiry to avoid interruption.
  • No refunds for keys that have been activated.
  • No refunds in any case where a key is locked for a breach of these terms.
  • We may change prices. Changes apply to new cycles only and are not applied retroactively to keys still in force.

7. Enforcement

Where we detect, or have reasonable grounds to believe, that you have breached these terms, we may, without prior notice and without compensation:

  1. Suspend or permanently lock your key.
  2. Block the relevant IP address or network range.
  3. Refuse service and refuse to sell you keys in the future.
  4. Terminate the license immediately, with no refund of fees paid.
  5. Retain the relevant technical evidence for enforcement purposes and to answer lawful requests from a competent authority.

If a breach causes loss to us or to a third party, you are liable to compensate for it under applicable law.

8. Monitoring & cooperation with authorities

  • The licensing server records technical logs for licensing and anti-abuse purposes. The data recorded and its retention period are set out in the Privacy Policy.
  • We do not access the content of the data on your device, your account store, or the contents of your backup packages.
  • On receiving a lawful written request from a competent state authority, we will provide the technical data we hold, within the scope requested and in accordance with the law.
  • We may report to the authorities on our own initiative where we have grounds to believe the software is being used for conduct that shows signs of a criminal offence.

9. No warranty

The software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty, express or implied, including:

  • No warranty that the software runs continuously, without errors or interruption.
  • No warranty of compatibility with every device model, every Android version or every application.
  • No warranty that the software remains stable against technical changes made by any third-party platform. Those platforms may change their mechanisms at any time, which is outside our control.
  • No warranty that you will achieve any particular business result or benefit.
  • No warranty that your use of the software is lawful in your specific circumstances — determining that is your responsibility.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage, including lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunity, lost accounts or reputational harm.
  • We are not liable for your accounts or devices being restricted, locked or deleted by a third-party platform.
  • We are not liable for device damage, data loss or faults arising during ROM flashing, backup or restore — these are risky operations and you accept that risk.
  • We are not liable for legal consequences arising from your own conduct.
  • Our total liability, if any, will in no case exceed the fees you paid in the most recent one (01) month.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless against all claims, proceedings, damages, court costs and legal fees arising from: (a) your use of the software; (b) your breach of these terms; (c) your breach of the law or of third-party rights.

12. Intellectual property

All source code, builds, names, logos and documentation of the software belong to us. The ROM build is based on the open-source AOSP project; open-source components keep their original licenses and are listed in the documentation shipped with the build.

13. Termination

  • You may stop using the software at any time; fees already paid are not refunded.
  • We may terminate the license if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service.
  • If we discontinue the service for reasons on our side, we will give 30 days' notice and refund the portion of the fee corresponding to the remaining term of a key that is still in force.
  • After termination you must uninstall the software. Sections 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 and 12 survive termination.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Updates are published on this page with a new effective date. For material changes we give at least 15 days' notice through your registered contact channel. Continuing to use the software after the effective date means you accept the new version.

15. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes by negotiation. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the dispute goes to a competent court in Vietnam.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
